Elava Nails’ Policies

Please take a moment to read Elava Nails’ policy below before booking an appointment.

    • There is a 15-minute grace period allowed for late arrivals. Please call or text if you’re running late.

    • If you are running late, please communicate via phone call or text as soon as possible.

    • I will do my best to accommodate you, but excessive tardiness may result in cancellation of your appointment.

    • No-call / no-shows will be BANNED from booking future appointments.

    • Appointments are non-transferable. If you fail to cancel in time and do not show up, you will lose your appointment and need to rebook.

    • Parking lots available and meter parking are nearby.

    • One service at a time – I am an independent nail technician, and I strive to create a relaxing experience.

    • If you are in a rush, please consider this before booking, as I will not rush my services.

    • Any additional services outside of what you originally booked will incur an extra fee (see website for pricing).

Elava Nails

Elava Nails is located in DTLA. To access the salon, enter through main entrance and take the elevator up to the fourth floor. Once you exit the elevator, turn right and walk straight down the aisle until you reach suite 425.
